Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Form for Consumers in the Case of a Service Contract

A “consumer” within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services should begin during the cancellation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until the time you have communicated us your cancellation of this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

• The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
• The right of cancellation expires prematurely if we have only begun to perform the service after you have given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of cancellation upon commencement of the performance of the contract by us. Please note that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the aforementioned consent and confirmation.
• The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers whose residence, habitual abode, or delivery address at the time of contract conclusion and delivery is outside a member state of the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA) and who do not belong to any of these member states.
